Weight Vest
I just figured out yesterday that a weight vest is a real piece of work out equipment. Dah! They make everything now. I don't guess that they make those big enough to fit me. They are expensive too. Gotta get one.
Welcome to my first blog and I hope that I will attract some responses. How do you keep hope in a world of difficulties?
I am learning it is hard and easy. Just a little effort and you are a sure success. That initial get up and get to doing something is the hardest part. I think sitting around doing nothing is kind of like Flip Wilson used to say, "The devil made me do it." That helps me get up and do something. Also, I love the calorie counter I wear, it motivates me to just get up and do something. When I get out and work outside time goes by fast and the steps really add up fast. Two acres makes a pretty nice yard to keep up. There are always lumps and bumps to smooth and weeds to get rid of.
I am a 58 year old Mother Grandmother who has a free life to do as I please, except for work. I live in the country but there are neighbors close by. I am going on this trip to shed some of my body mass and hope to be able to share my success with some people via this blog.
